I tried ordering some parts for the SDX (frames, shafts, landing gear) from Ron's, but they don't have anything.

Is there any place to get parts right now?

Thanks,
Todd

Yep, tail let go. Not 100% sure what happened. I put the shaft drive from my old EVO 50 in it and I think I blew out the bevel gears in a fast piroutte. If it would have happened right in front of me I probably could have save it, but it ended up drift over my head.

In any case, the first link doesn't work, and the second place is out of main shafts. This sucks.

Thanks,
Todd

hm.. not sure if the D3 shaft will fit SDX. You may need to check it out as well as an alternative.

Did you try heliproz?

He won't have anything to fly if he sells the SDX.

Heliproz doesn't have the landing gear, don't know about the rest.

Yeah, TJD is a one-heli man now! I've heard there's talk of marriage.

Good thing I keep a few machines to choose from!

Thanks, but I can't navigate on their site to the parts. Kind of a strange website. Maybe I'll call them in the morning.

I should just buy another kit and be done with it!

You might have as well contacted MRC directly. They should have the parts.

I am fairly certain that most if not all parts are in stock at MRC, try making a call and find out for sure. Also the D3 mainshaft should fit, I believe it is listed as an upgrade parts for the SDX(SUS mainshaft 0414-471)

MRC has all the parts in stock, except the SDX landing gear assembly. Greg told me they are expected in about 2-3 weeks.
