I am building a Furion that came from the first batch last year. Are the thrust bearings supposed to be a tight fit in the main grips? I can get them in the grips, but I have to fight it when removing. I forget if it's the inner or outer thrust bearing race, but they are a pretty tight fit in the grips and it's on both sets of grips. Can anyone help me with this issue if it even is an issue?

Hello, I just recently finished assembly of a furion and YES, my inner races I believe it was REALLY TIGHT. The other race was NOT tight at all. Hope this helps. Gosh! I hate to have to try and remove it...

Which ever one it is you need to take a little off the outside on it so it fits in there with ease. Otherwise the thrust bearing will not work if it is too tight. That was one of the problems they had with the first kits.

Thanks. Yeah I was thinking that it didn't seem right. With the race being so snug, I thought that the grip wouldn't extend outward while spinning and seat the bearing properly. I'll take some material off the tight race.
