I am having problems getting my TJ Pro to work....I think i have it set up right...i have it set to super servo mode (yellow light on), it has an optical sensor..which it is picking up(red light comes on) as the foil strip passes the sensor...so i am at a loss why it is not working?
I am using Futaba gear if that helps...are there any pitfalls with it to look out for?
Any help would be great
Cheers
Simon

Have a look at ModelAvionics' website. They have radio setup procedures for specific radios.

Just follow it step by step and you shouldnt have any problems.

Cheers Dood, i have just bee on the website and picked up on this...
The Jockey will only govern the throttle after ALL of the following conditions have been met:
1. The Sensor, Throttle and Aux channel are operating correctly AND
2. The Jockey has been calibrated AND
3. The Throttle stick is above 25% AND
4. The AUX ATV is greater than 5% (if connected) AND
5. The target speed has been reached

What does point 5 mean?

Cheers

5 means that the TJ won't engage if your throttle curves are too low. The head speed needs to reach the the target that you have the TJ set for.

Hell... I can fix that.
Uh oh..
Nope.
It's ***ked!!!

Thanks George, i think that may be my problem, my only other gov is the align version, and that just picks up the head speed to the set rpm as soon as you are over quarter stick...

Cheers
