If anyone has big fat stump like fingers like me and are tired of fighting with those little servo mouting tabs look at what I did with mine. This is not for you people with normal fingers! I mounted the tabs in servo mounting hole in the frame and dirlled a hole in the other servo tab hole threw the frame. Then I mounted the servo tab with a flat head screw. Now the Tabs are fixed to the frame and I dont have to fight with the tabs while mounting my servos. Does that make any sense? Here are picts

Nice and clean. Will keep them aligned too.
I was thinking about using a small hex nut there with a washer soon.
This would allow me to use a tweezers to install the nut as I wouldn't have to be forcing a screw through a press threaded piece of plastic that slips from the grip of my tweezers.

Smart move for the first build. I fumbled mine in the hard way and put a drop of CA on them for the future.

So BOOGIE....Why do you have to replace your servos?

Did you crash your Rave too? What's going on, everyone crashing the Rave! Maybe I am glad I did not get a chance to fly mine today.

Good Tip by the way!! Hope I don't get to use it though.

my Rave has seen dirt a few times But I had to send all 3 of my servos back to Hitec because they were not working right. I think using them in the flybarless setup burned them up they sent me 3 new ones and the flybar is back on now
