When using harder dampers like the MA Single type or Double Dot O-Ring type do you guys use the thick 1mm shim that comes with the aurora kit or do you down size the shim?

I'm looking at trying some Double dot MA Orings and maybe Some Hyperrings in my Aurora and think that wiht the harder dampers especially the hyperrings that compression of the rings will be unneeded!

any advice will be helpful, thanks
Christian

With the MA one piece dampeners, I am using the stock shim that comes with the MA dampeners in place of the stock Avant shim. With the Hyperrings in my Synergy I shimmed with zero compression in the head dampener, Of course you may need to play around with a few sizes to get the heli to feel the way you want it...
