Okay here's the deal. I got the linkages all setup to where the pitch ranges are from -3 to +10. Utilizing a Helitronix mixer, Vario Swash, and a Lightning Head & Driver I just can't figure out how to get the interaction out of the head when I put the master blade out 90° to the heli and move the aileron. Placed over the boom and given fore and aft elevator stick, it doesn't move at all but as stated when placed at either the 3 or 9 o'clock position and then I move the aileron it moves a significant amount. I have the mixer phased to 45° as well as tried to mechanically phase out the aileron movement - but alas no luck. The Vario swash only has one mounting hole and I've gotten the driver as close to one of the links as I can possibly can without binding against it. My plan was to just try and fly it today to see how it handles but I'm not too thrilled about not being able to get it setup properly. On my first 5 blade head (Century Head and swash and an OF Driver) I was able to achieve 0 movement in both the aileron and elevator movements respectfully. I'm not even sure where to begin with adding mixes in the TX to try and correct this, so if anyone has any suggestions on a solution, I'm all ears.
