sorry guys been busy doing the elec and wiring so didnt think you wanted photos of that also been doing odd little mods as i like the giro at the back no reason just like it that way
still more photos as asked
build still going real well fan casing bit of a fiddle and not much room either way before it rubs so take ya time
also starter shaft make sure it spins free again takes ages but worth it as the is engine to mount bolts mount to back plate and back plate to frame to all get right or the starter shaft wont spin free
still enjoy the photos
and please if you dont like the way i done the reg and gyro its my choice as i know some people wont like it and get funny so its just my choice
hope you like it so far????
and for the record no tail blades with kit or paddles
i can understand no tail blades but no paddles??? seem strange and a first time a kit of any makes comes with no paddles
its now 2am so time to sleep you guys are making me work to hard and giving me late nights just for the photos

This heli looks great.

Interesting to see the horizontal stiffener plate above the skids and above the clutch line...

It certainly looks completely different than its predecessor....

Georgino told me that the heli is quite heavy...I can't see how it would be considering that it looks exactly like any other heli...

From the picture, I would expect that it would weigh something like 4.7kg with blades (without fuel)...something like that.

The OS91HZ seems to be a tiny bit heavier than the SZ...but should be no problem.

I have seen its capability in flight....if you go to the 3D Masters website you can download Chen Zarfati flying it in Thailand Fun fly 7-9 November 2008 and man it is nice!

Another nice and good quality helicopter from JR. I downloaded and watched the video of Chen Zarfati on 3DX Thailand it seems that the head is bogging more than normal on some maneouvres. Same for the flight of Scott Grat also. Maybe its because of the recording or engine performance but thing looks like a little bit heavy.

Need to get some flight reports from the early owners.

I also have a new Vibe 90 SG. I am almost done with the build. I only have to put the boom and tail on then the flight pack and servos.

I must admit that I was really hyped about getting this heli. If it flew as good as my Vibe 50 then its a winner. Well I havent finished to fly it yet but I am sure that it will fly beautiful. I am setting it up for F3C.

My only disappointment is the $ 1500 price tag. I thought for $1500 you would get more such as a third bearing on the main shaft, all CF instead of some G-10 parts, a carbon boom, tail drive and boom supports. Now I know these items wont make it fly better but how can they justify the high price tag. The Aurora and the Synergy have a lower price tag and from what i can see they look to be on the same par as the Vibe 90. JR has to do something about its price and I dont care what the yen is doing, maybe Horizon has to take it on the chin and lower the price.

Enough negitivity, on the bright side. Except for a bad blade grip bearing, the heli goes together perfectly. All the parts fit really well and everything lines up without alot of tweaking. The parts work smoothly right out of the box. All of the moving parts are like silk.
Its a nice build and everything is easy to get to. I am enjoying building it and cant wait to get it flying with a new OS 91HZ.

I should receive mine this week, I am going to install a Yamada SR-RR engine. Less weight and more power.

Were there any failures in the manual? Or anything to look twice at?
