Hi all, Who has used the TP Packs eCCPM conversion for Rap 50, any comments on quality, flight improvements etc. I like the idea of the eCCPM with torque from all 3 servos doing the work. cheers

With a good collective servo I doubt you'd notice much difference in flight, if anything you're opening yourself up to ccpm interaction which you wont get with the stock head.

My main question here would be if you put this kit on a Raptor and still intend on running a nitro engine in it how do you balance the heli? You've moved most of the weight off the nose. The TP conversion is intended for an electric conversion where you put a pound or more of battery up front.

I had one of these on my Titan. The quality was crap, The metal i very soft. I did it out of curiosity. A Raptor in standard form flys well and certainly well in excess of what I can do, so i didn't do the mod for performance reasons. Just like any CCPM setup, if the set up was done correctly interaction can be nulified. The point ref balance was true however. I moved my battery pack further forward and it balanced spot on. I wouldn't recommend this kit however due to its lack of quality.

eccpm raptor 50

The xero g eccpm rush raptor I bought 2 years ago was the best raptor 50 my opinion. Set up properly it is lighter with all the benifits of improved climb rates and accurate and powerful swash control.
Flys much like a trex 600 nito and I think it is the ultimate raptor 50.
