Update
I moved the paddle control to the center hole on the mixing arm. This smoothed the response from the paddles. Initially the heli would "bobble" if given a quick cyclic command, like doing tic-toc's.

So moving the link to the center hole softening the paddle response, but it is still snappy! There is a little bobble, but don't notice it that much. I might try the outer hole to see how it feels.

This is absolutely Align's problem with materials they use, I now have around 3 gallons of fuel thru my 700, and "pop" on both sides of the fly bar cage during flight. to top it off, the sides that didn't break, were cracked and almost into 4 pieces! I am running +11 -11 and 7 degrees of cyclic pitch on it. All it took was a couple of miss-timed tic-tocs and its history. Just ordered the Gforce upgrades...

I might have known that was coming!!! LOL I guess thats what I get, huh? Oh well, too late, already got them in today, and already have them installed. I put all of the adjustments on the center holes, which is the same as the original lengths, yet with the flybar cage having the slant in it, I am able to get +13 -13 on the pitch and thats dialed down too, and I had to dial the cyclics WAY down to around 49% to keep from binding, and I still am getting 8 degrees of cyclics!! I gotta tell you, you got to be on your toes on this upgrade. It took me about 3 hours to accomplish it all, and my head felt like it was gonna bust open! lol Great upgrade!!

GO FLYBARS!!!!!!

brcg123, I had to do the samething! I set mine for aggressive 3D. However, the paddles are too aggressive and caused my heli to "bobble" everytime I moved the cyclic's.

So I moved the paddle links to the center hole of the washout mixing arms. Much better!!! Now I have the "POP" I want.

Oh yea, I using V-Paddles.

I had been looking at the setting pictures you took, and I would say that would be an aggressive beast with those settings. Even though when balls are in the center holes, the length is the same as the original arms are, there is no comparison to the speed of everything. I couldn't imagine trying to hold on to it with the balls set to the extremes. I am running super stubbs on my paddles, and its a blurr when you push it. I had to dial down the pitch and cyclic pitch considerably. I was getting almost +15 -15, but with binding of course. I got almost 10 degrees of cyclic pitch before I took it down. I would recommend everyone do this upgrade, even though your not having any issues with the cage breaking. Its like a different machine now...

My swatch mix in the radio dropped to 40, from 50 setting, as well as the Ail & Elv settings. Now I can move the ball links out one hole at a time and increase the swash settings to compansate, take some of the strain off the arms.

Update!
I moved the ball links out one hole for the blade control and now my 700 really rocks! So the extreme 3d setting is just too much for this heli. But the setting just before has plenty of "pop".

Was out with Coronal ans he was impressed, however, he like his Kasama head setup betterLOL

I how have 95 flights on my 700 with an Align 91 HZ, it is kicking butt in the air! Now if I just find a better way of removing all the oil residue from the frame. My 700 gets really slimy while flying backwards!

But I'm loving it!
