The first set was involved in a minor crash and I thought that was why they faild but the second set where new. Both broke the same way, so Im puzzuled on what is causing them to fail.

Going to take the entire head apart and make sure the is no binding that could be causing the issue.

check for binding and vibration. The metal is fatiguing(sic) for a reason.
Also check for bent flybar or any bent head pieces that could stress the flybar cage.

Check your max cyclic throws and see if the flybar cage is hitting the main blade mounts. This will happen at the 45 degree blade angles relative to the fusealage if the cyclic throws are too high. Check this at full range of collective. The flybar cage links should have marks on them if they are colliding with the main blade mounts.

Cyclic @ 8. No binding at all on the blade mounts and no marks at all on the flybar cage.

I think I found a possible cause. The wash out base is binding on the main shaft. Im guessing the new main shaft is defective. Going to swap it out.

are you sure the washout base wasn't damaged in the crash?
the base may be out of shape causing the binding

Update:

Polished the main shaft, the washout hub feels smooth now.
Flybar seasaw bearings feel notchy. I think this is the root cause of the flybar arms breaking.

Almost all back together for a test fight but as usual the wx is not good. Hope this does fix my 700.

I would check the alignment of your paddles, one or both of them may be fighting each other and loading up the flybar control cage also. With all the geometry changes in the fly bar control cage at the location it would be prone to fatigue if stressed more than normal. A sign that your bearings are notchy could be the cause due to the increased torque required to move the flybar control cage. Remember that the flybar control cage is adjusting every revolution of the blades to the cyclic input.
