Well it looks like Nick Maxwell is now flying for CY and Power Heli's and his weapon of choice is a Trex 700.

For most of us it is a hobby. For some of us it is about making a living.

Sweet, a 700. That heli tracks like it's on rails. What a good choice for a pilot like Nick.

Curtis will let his pilots fly anything they want as long as Curtis sells it.

Yes his Team Youngblood now he came with Curtis to the Ron's Fun Fly in Corpus.
he was flying a fleet of Raves (at least 10)
and a pretty stock T600N Pro.

he didn't have the 700 yet though.

That's the marketing side. It's just the way it is. The Szabos went through a few brands themselves. Seen them quietly trying to fix all the issues with the 600N's. The Aurora... what's up with it? Any sponsors there?

NO way, the SG Vibe is a big slow pig. Not for 3D at all.

Vibe SG

Well don't tell Curtis that he had one at C.C. and it didn't look like a pig to me, on the other hand Curtis could take a 30 Concept and make it look good. Bobby(how many did Horzion get it 2, at $1500.00 I don't think to many hobby shops will be stocking them, I think the head block $95.00)

Horizon is the main distributor for JR-USA

they got a ton.

and they are gone.
most of the other shops are selling out as well.

there are threads in the JR section about this.

I agree with you but then again they aren't marketed to flyers with limited hobby incomes.

This is marketed to the sponsored or higher budget RC heli crowd.
and there are still plenty of those types around.

I mean seriously especially down here at my club these guys have MONEY..

there are guys down here with 8+ $5000+ Turbine aircraft sitting in their garages. People have hobby money to spend and alot don't care what it costs..

Is that me? HELL NO..Do I want one.. HELL YES.. can I justify 1500 for a bare airframe.. HELL NO.

But don't underestimate the richer hobbyist. these are the same people that buy Hirobos and don't blink an eye at the cost.
