Got a few batteries through my 500 today, with a short rest between battery 4 and 5 I plugged in a new battery and I had no power. I waited a few minutes and plugged it back in and it worked fine. So, I don't know if it was the ESC shutting down because of only having a short rest between flights?

I did notice that when I plugged the pack into the deans there was no spark like there normally is, that seemed really weird. Odd thing is neither my BEC or the Speed controller came on so maybe it's my wiring?

Check solder joints and the deans. I never had that happen????

That's the reason why I was hesistant on using my Jazz 55-6-18 on my T500. When my stock esc dies, I will probably get the Jazz 80-6-18 for my T500. Try reprogramming the Jazz to see if it will wake up again. Good luck.

The heli is working fine now so I was thinking maybe the esc is in some type of protection mode. I don't think it's the wiring but I'll check it out to be sure.

Deans I have stopped using these because of that sometime i pluged them in and they never made a connection other times they would make the connection intermittantly so i stopped using them want to buy sum i have loads in fact yo can have them

It could be the temp protection but the ESC is not even warm to the touch. I have 6 battery packs now and I have to say I didn't give it more than 2-3 minutes between runs. The scorpion motor (HK3026-1210) does get a little warm but not bad.

Maybe it's the - Automatic under voltage disconnection? It seems really odd I had no spark when making the deans connection. I checked the voltage of the two 4S batteries in that pack when I got home and they were where they should be.

I checked the solder joints and they seem fine.

I guess I'll know soon when this rain clears up and allows for a few more flights if I really have a problem. I just hope it's not something that's going to cause the heli to shut off in flight.

This is my only virgin heli right now and I want to keep it that way.
