Do you have an OMI modified carb with the Cline regulator installed already?

Are you looking for how to set it up, or how to get a Cline configured carb?

os 91

it's already got the kline upgrade on it.i've looked at the os homepage at the manuel on the low-mid-and high needle settings, but i didn't know if with the kline upgrade on the carb if it was better to set and adjust it a different way than what it says to do in the stock manuel. i've heard to turn the mid all the way closed and then adjust as if it only has a low and a high and then use the mid for a little fine tuning..the os manuel says turn the high out 2 turns...the mid out 1 turn and the low at factory setting.my question is ...is there a better way to set this carb than what the os manuel says?

Is this a CSPEC block? Original SX-H (old silver motor)?

Which carb? 60K? Big Bore 60K? 60M?

will also depend on fuel used.

On 30% Curtis Youngblood, I run about 1/2-3/4 on the mid range in both the 60K and 60M OMI carbs.
The 60K uses about 1-3/4 on main, and the 60M is nearer to 1-1/2 or 1-1/4
