Doesn't look that safe to fly? It doesn't really look safe to drive either, lol.

Take Care,

Well that number on the side means its a licsensed aircraft so it passed inspection.
and it also is sporting a license plate whihc means it passed saftey and emissions as well.

I wonder if I can land this at the RC field =D

I heard $300,000 on the news today but even if it is $194,000
I would still buy myself a real helicopter.
If you have that kind of money how about buying me a heli.

Well that number on the side means its a licsensed aircraft so it passed inspection.
And the "Experimental" that is also clearly lettered on the side means that it did *NOT* pass much of one . . . . While I am sure that they anticipate getting a full type certificate for this aircraft, they apparently built the prototype under the same rules as the guy who builds a plane in his garage . . . .

It looks like a crappy car and a so so plane. Whoever the target consumer is for this vehicle is surely not gonna be interested. If I had the money to buy this, I'd rather charter a jet and rent an R8 when I get there for much less...

Seems to me this would make a PERFECT getaway vehicle. Albeit maybe a little conspicuous...

Man this is an old idea revamped for modern day... it was crap then and it looks like crap now, cross overs never do well; they make bad planes that are bad cars. Until we get a viable power supply, that can make a jet like thrust with out the fuel tank this is a large deceased beast of burden, that has been flog ruthlessly!

How many helis can I fit in the back ?
Are we talking about crashed ones or RTF? I can always fit more crashed helis in a given space than RTF's.
