I have a T-rex 450 V2...Had a little mishap the other day, had to replaced my tail rotor output shaft...put the new one in and for some reason the shaft when I spin the tail seems a little tight..is this normal? I put grease on the shaft going through the bearings, would of replaced the bearings but the hobby store was out, it's not my drive belt because even with it not connected it still seems a little tighter than before, is it something that has to "wear in" a little bit?

May be like the last one I replaced, may have a Burr on the pulley facing the bearings. I used an Emory board and refaced mine...spins like it's supposed now

It's only a toy...FLY IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT!!!
