I just got my heli all put together so i spool it up with a real low headspeed and everything loooked good so i kicked it up and got this horrible vibration and noise in the tail well as i watch the head now the main shaft is so bent that the swash wobbles back and fourth. This kit is suppose to be the best... anyone want to tell me why the mainshafts bend so easily...and BTW this is with outrage 30c packs and a scorpion -8 on 13t

Did you install the new harden shaft that comes with the new kits? My kit had one and my kit is 5 months old. You need to run the harden shaft with your set up.

Kind of a cheap a$$ shot at the Furion if you ask me! There is no doubt that you assembled something incorrectly. This could happen on a Rave or any other heli. Follow the directions in the instruction manual and this won't happen.

i did everything according to the manual to T its not my first build, ive had avant, raptors, trexes, even a MA razor. Believe me I would really love it to fly right. It wasnt a cheap shot...i am thinking maybe i got an old kit with the crap mainshaft, as i did not receive two mainshafts in my kit..

I flew mine around for two months with the non-hardened shaft. I didn' bend the shaft and I wasn't exactly taking it easy. I did keep the head speed below 3000 until I installed the hardened shaft (MA #130-405).

I beleive the kits only come with the hardened shaft now. The hardened shaft is easy to tell from the non-hardened one. The hardened shaft is slightly darker in color. The holes, slots and notches in the shaft are much darker than the other surface areas. There are two machined flats areas 90° apart for stop collar set screws. The non-hardened has one flat.

Hi

I fly my Furion with stock shaft (non hardened), over 3000 rpm, with a MA400KV motor and 11t.
It is not the best shaft fo that rpm
