Hi,

I have a JR 10x Heli transmitter. On the manual it says the pilot lamp should be on during the charging procedure. However, mine is always off. Is mine malfunctioned?

Thanks,

RightZero

Are you talking about the light on the wall charger or the transmitter?

Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick

Hi Patrick,

I am talking about the left LED on the transmitter.

Thanks,

Charlie

Just went and checked both of mine that were charging no lights on, and they charge fine. If you are talking about the pilot lights these are on the wall charger. Reference these in the manual.

Those 2 Green LED's on the transmitter ONLY operate when the Tx is turned on. The left indicates battery on and the right operates when you are transmitting.

The 10X is an odd beast as you can charge the set with the power switch on, which is unlike the rest of the JR fleet.

Folks,

I got an official answer from Horizon about this issue.

======
Thank you for your recent email. That is not correct info – the only LED that should be lit is the red LED on the stock charging unit included with the 10X. the radio’s LED should not be on during the charge process.. If you have any other questions, please let us know!
======

So the pilot lamp should be off.

Thanks,

Charlie
