So, I have this pair of Shure SE210 earbuds. They rock and I have no complaints about them.

I have searched the internet to no avail on this subject.

How does one go about replacing the foam on ones like this???

The foam is attached to a tight plastic piece that slides on the acutal ear sound piece. It certainly wont come off easily and I am afraid of ruining the existing foam.

Here's the manual.

It appears that the foam slides over a plastic barb on the tube. To remove it, you may need to expand the foam over the barb rather than just pull it off. If you're replacing old foam sleeves, why do you care if you ruin the old sleeves?

They just slide off. I own the Shure SLC3 model and use them both in an in-ear-monitoring system and on my iPhone. You can buy the replacement sleeves. Just make sure you install the tiny tip cover on the tube before installing the new foam. This keeps any residual earwax from getting into the tube.
