Hi guys

I am writing this while sitting in a hotel in Kolkata, India......If you don't know where it is, don't worry....you NEVER want to come here. I have had a day of sleep, read, CNN and RR and then back to sleep, read, CNN and of course RR in a continious cycle today.

I am aircrew, so fly all over the world and usually have 24 hours off, then fly home. It is great when you go to interesting places, but that gets boring after the 20th visit tooooo

Now if i had a 250 in my bag, i could have been out flying....now that never gets boring.

I think the whole thing with the Tx and 4 to 6 charged batteries would fit in my 'pilots case'. For those that don't know what a 'pilots case' is....it is the EMPTY big black leather case that pilots carry to look cool!!!!

Regards
Paul

fill your empty bag with Trex-250 /radio/charger/ and huge spares parts now then turn off CNN and fly

the airport scan/X-ray will see your lipo batt as BOMP ?

Click the "Buy Now" button immediately. You won't regret it. I think I'm having more fun with my 250 than the 700 lately.

Paul,

Get one, and fly it in the cockpit when you activate auto pilot Then you can be the only person that flew his 250 at 38000 feet high!!

But seriously, get one. You can have my 6100e for now. Also John said they are getting more this week, so you can have everything by the weekend.

Regards,
G

I got one for the two reasons. First I can fly it in my front yard, and second I can take it with me when I travel so that I do not have to site in a boring hotel room when I can learn some new stuff.

make sure to bring a full spares and toolset kit too just in case so you can still fly after a crash

Hi guys

Thanks for all the positive replies.

I have ben doing my homework....

The Align 250 carry case is 455 x 175 x 105 mm and will be perfect for the heli, batteries, basic tools and spares.

I need a small carry case for my Dx7.

OR

I need a slightly bigger case for everything. The 450 case is way over kill.

Any ideas?

Regards
Paul

Hi caseyjholmes

Cool box......It looks like the perfect 'all in one box'
Could you give me the external dimensions of it.

Next question:
Transporting the lipo's charged.....checked or carry on????
If i check them, will the temp drop and subsequent warm up affect the charge?

Thanks guys
Paul

Rough exterior dimensions of the depicted case:
18.5"x14"x6.5"
(47 x 35.6 x 16.5cm) or so say the searched up converter.
