Got a chance to ring out the Xtreme 90 yesterday. There were a couple of flying buddies standing beside me watching. My first flight was without the canopy on. This heli is a whole lot faster and more responsive than my previous owned N9. The heli acually caught me by suprise at first so much i needed to set her down and to regroup! the first figure 8 i flew the heli was so quick i almost lost visual orentation as i went too far out. i am amazed at how with the right setup tic tocs, rainbows, piro's manuvers seem to be so much easier to do once you get the feel for the fast cyclic responce of the extreme. i had added 15% expo in the tail do to its sensitivity now i think i will knock it back down to 5% next flight. i did have the 611 set up correct in heading hold at 34% gain but didnt have it correct in idol up 1&2 so the tail seemed very loose but i managed to fly it hard anyway while holding my butt cheeks together tight

For those of you that have been following the x90 i would highly recommend at least flying one before purchasing something else. if you are close to ohio and would like to get your paws on one look me up. i will be more than happy to let you take the sticks. Just make sure you bring a release form from your doctor saying you have no known medical conditions weak heart, weak bladder ect..... THIS HELI IS NOT FOR THE SICK

Here is my setup
RJX extreme 90
8717's on cyclic on 8v
8311 on throttle
Futaba 611 gyro
CSM revlock 20 gov 1920rpm
YS SR91 engine
kasama header
fromeco 5200 lith ion pack
fromeco Kiwi
radix 710's 14 degrees pitch
radix 105 tail blades

i am running the RJX 90 pipe along with the kasama header. This is a great combo i havent noticed any difference between it and the SB19 with the kasama header. But if you look at the two pipes you will notice a difference in price

Up Date!

Managed to get out and fly a gallon yesterday. Engine seems to loose alittle power in the mid range for some reason. Tried tweeking the needles alittle but coudnt get her done. Even though she is alittle short of power in the mid range This heli still performs like a champ!
I coudnt be happier again if you would like to see her in action come join me at the Funfly on May 9-10th. look for more info in the events section.....

thanks C.B.
