Good choice Stocky! 2.5 should be out any time, it just keeps getting better. Once you get it setup, let me know and we do an Esky online session.

OK,

I didn't research it that fully, over the last month or two I came to the conclusion that the Phoenix was more preferred on RR and I ran the demo version and liked it.

So an Esky online session is a what???

Remember that Mini-Titan kit that has been sitting in my home for months? Well, I recently ordered some spare parts and items to complete the build. In doing so, I stimulated the economy and gave three businesses a total of $217.00 in revenue . Below is what I ordered.

helidirect.com
4 x Align 325mm PRO Rotor Blade (Red/White) = $51.96
1 x Rotor Spacer,E325 (TTRPV0829) = $3.58
1 x 3A 5V/6V Switch-Mode UBEC (UBEC56) = $13.95
1 x One-way Bearing Removal Tool WHITE for All 450 sizes = $9.99

cnchelicopter.com
1 x G401B Digital Gyro = $36.00
1 x Mini Titan E325 Precision CNC Upper Mixing Arms = $9.90

thundertiger4u.com
1 x Feathering Shaft(4),E325 = $5.95
1 x Main Shaft(2) = $11.95
1 x Base Plate, E325 = $9.45
1 x Flybar(2), E325 = $5.95
1 x Landing Skid, E325 = $5.95
2 x Battery Tray, E325 = $13.90
1 x Main Gear, E325/150T = $5.65
1 x Tail Boom, E325 = $8.95
1 x Tail Drive Belt, MXL413T = $9.45

Since I've heard a couple of you guys say you look forward to seeing me fly a larger heli because of the way I handle my King 2 and Super FP , I'd better get to building . I look forward to getting the Mini-Titan airborne.

I just ordered Mike a LiPo for his Futaba 6EX cause I am tired of seeing him constantly charge his freaking radio battery. Anyhow LiPos for most radios are easy to find but not the flat packs for the 6EX. Well it turns out that not only the old 6 channel radios use them but also most all the ground radios. So if you search eBay for "lipo 3pk", you will find tons of folks selling a 2200mAh flat pack for about $20. Here is a link to one.

My new Belt CP V2 canopy arrived today. At $8.75, I think it's one of the nicest looking even when compared to the more expensive FG units. It really goes well with blue anodized parts.

Very nice! Wonder if it'll fit a KingII (looking for something a little bigger than KingII canopy)...

Check out the KingIII canopy. Its a tight fit on the HBK2. But can be done. Leaves lots of room in front of the motor to put your ESC.

I finally did it, I ordered (6) 3s 2200 25C Zippy Flightmax packs. I also got a few odds and ends like wire, connectors and 2 battery checkers, one for each of my flying buddies. I got an email last night saying they were in stock so I jumped. There were 2780 in stock at 10pm last night and now there are 2510, so they are going fast as usual if anyone wants any. The 25C ones are the best price/performance/weight of the 4 (15C, 20C, 25C and 30C) at $20 each and 171g. It will be interesting to see how they do but for $150 shipped (EMS faster shipping) for 6, it is a killer deal.
