The tail shakes up and down violently when I get the head speed above 1750. I have put longer boom supports on and added a second bearing to the torque tube. I would like to run 1800-1850. What size blades were run on the Conquest? I have been running 600's but due to the rather healthy weight of this old machine I would like to run 620's. Looks like they will clear. The Webra 55 sure is heaven sent for this bird.

Thanks

I'm flying a conquest too. TT 50, 600mm SAB mains and 100mm (I think) NHP tail blades, flys super smooth. It couls use some more power but for what I do it's perfect. have you checked to see if the tail blade shaft is bent or the piece that holds the tail blade holders? That would be my first thing to look at. the Conquest is a nice flying model.

Yes, checked all the usual things before posting. Shafts, blade balance and torque tube bearings, added another bearing.
