My Vibe 90 is flying great, but the gears are loud. The bevel front gear (metal)on the front of torque tube and the bevel tail drive gear (plastic)make a lot of noise. The mesh seems good, everything seems free, but the noise they make just bugs me. Is there anything I can do to make the gear mesh quieter.

Try putting some noise absorbing foam in the canopy.
You can get that from auto shop.

It's that damn crown gear, the new Vibe is sure to be much quieter.
Bottom line, that's just the way it is.
