Ok here we go

The less fuel in the tank the more pressure there is pushing fuel out because of the increased air volume. It wont cause major problems but it is true. I said in my last post that it probibly wasnt the problem

RaptorMan23, I fail to follow you logic here, I'm probably missing something, you're saying a 1/4 tank will have more pressure then a 3/4 tank of fuel. You may be right to a point but keep in mind that the system pressure is low at idle and high at max throttle, all this time fuel is going out. I don't think is going to make that big a difference. If a poorly running engine is causing the tail-wag, then there's a bigger problem with the engine then the amount of air it the fuel tank.

flipurbird - I didn't see what servo you're using on the tail. If all the part have a nice tight fit (no slop) the problem might be with the servo. Try adding a little expo to the rudder channel and see if it helps.

If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter.

What would adding in expo do to get rid of a wag??
Exponential softens the center point of the sticks, it has no direct bearing on the tail setup or things that may effect tail like a poor mixture as listed??

Sorry I can't tell you technology why it work, My guess is it has something to do with softening the center point of the rudder at center, where you get the wag. All I can tell you is it sometimes works if you using a lower end servo on the tail. I first heard it somewhere here on RR, I'm sure you'll find it if interested.

On a JR 770 you would add EXPO, but the Futaba 401 it's built in.
