does anyone find it easier to fly with their rudder controls reversed? when i push my sticks together i go into a left hand turn and when i spread them i go into a right hand turn. The way the human hand is designed you have much smoother control relaxing muscles than extending them.i have much smoother control backing off the pressure than trying to hold it. I do not fly the tail visually as i take my orientation off the nose as everyone else does and i dont fly 3d.

Installed servos on my wallet so money flys out faster!

Let's see. Probably 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999999998% of the known heli flying world sets the model up so that you give the tailrotor right stick and the nose of the model rotates right, left stick and the model rotates left. As long as you don't want anyone else to fly your model, I don't think folks will mind how you set it up.

It's your choice.

Low time pilots might have a problem if they fly his heli. Experienced pilots will adapt easily. It isnt a hard switch to make. An inverted funnel might be hard though!

If you would like to switch the rudder then fly upright backwards or fly inverted forward.

Yup, if you change your setup it will only maker things easier until you advance in your flying...

guy at our field

flys the tail reversed, started by himself and didn`t know any better.
He`s a hell of a pilot, good enough that he was invited to XFC one year.

I actually had my car steering reversed. I find it easier since I hold on to the bottom of the wheel. It also makes backing up a lot easier. The only time it gets confusing is when I use valet parking!

Yes there was, myself and Lucas (Lukas spelling corrected now )fly the same mode (name drop ) pull for pitch up etc ... started out this way 20 plus years ago didnt know any different, i could not fly the standard popular mode pitch

I know one of the judges at the 3d masters flies with the tail stick otherway around, ie move tx rudder stick to the left and the nose moves to the right, holly cow ....

Cheers
