Hi Guys,

Just curious, how many of you fit servo grommets on an Electric heli?

I don't believe it's necessary on an electric, but I will put them in if it improves the linkage geometry.

All my E-helis are "hard" mounted, no servo grommets. No issues, ever.

I still worry about vibration from the rotating assemblies, even with diligent balancing. I'd rather protect my investment. My big e-heli has servo stabilizers stock, so I have great stability/no flex even with rubber grommets. My little one, I have the cyclic hard mounted because the servos didn't have grommets. :-(

Thanks for the replys, I'm playing it safe and fitting them. I'm also told that the small amount of play the servo grommet allows might just save the servo or the frame in a crash.

Thanks Duke
