i just installed the chinese weights on my 250 and it helps the servo big time ,i tried it with no main blades at 70 % throttle and i was able to move the linkage with no resistance at all ,not only that ,now the servo(jr 290g) remains at the same temperature the hole 5 min. I am also using the new hub which is the same as the old one that came with my heli, same measurements all around ,the only difference is the ball bearing....
the tail holds great !!!!

Did you tap a thread in the hole you made in the grip?
or is the metal soft enough to tap its self?I only ask because small taps are hard to comeby and very expense here in the UK.Any details on the screws/bolts size would be great.

the metal is soft and the ball will tap itself into the pre drilled hole, just use some Blue Thread Locker or red to secure them in place

gadzooks ,I didn't mesure i just grabbed whatever drillbit i thought was good enough, but ,if the balls are 1.5 mm (i think they are 1.5mm)then you should use a 1.2mm drillbit
