So, now its RangeVideos turn.

Where are they, anybody been in touch with them the past month?

He promised me to send a new video plug, as the one i got was defect.
Thats almost 2 months ago, and he wont bother answering any of my mails asking if he shipped it or not...

Shame on you TOO, my rc supplier black list is getting longer

I called him on behalf of Frederick from France just so there would not be any translation problems and when I spoke with him sometimes you can feel that someone is trying to talk his way out of something, I can honestly say I did not feel this at all from him.
He was upfront and no b/s in the conversation and more importantly things were solved. This was recently and the conversation didn't even last 3 minutes.
I do not want to tell you to make an international phone call, but that is what Skype is for!
At the same time I would not go making an enemy out of him by jumping down his throat if you do talk to him. You know there is a problem, he knows there is a problem with his emails, don't blow it up into a situation where he does not want to answer any phone calls in the future.
I have always gotten my product from him. It hasn't been the fastest during the past 6 months, but I just looked at what was going on with his FCC problem and just was patient 'cause I figured he was busy.
It helped that I did not need it as soon as you guys running a business so that made it easier for me to accept.
Don't give up on RangeVideo, but at the same time it is easy to understand the frustration created by some vendors...there are times when I've wanted to kill some of them!

LOL, Derek, thats a result of not getting what you paid for from the other guy...

I seriously think that it shouldnt be any problem to mail a supplier when he have used to reply earlier, im not a psychic, so how can i know that all of a sudden theyre only available trough phone...?

It cost quite allot to take a long distance call from Norway, believe it or not.
Skype is great invention, but its useless if i dont have the contact info.

You know, all it takes is a short push on the reply button and a small "mail received, ill get back to you later, busy at the moment, thanks for your patience"
There are actually something called auto reply as well, at least then you know it has reached the destination

No, you haven't done anything wrong.
You spent money and not received your product
No, you don't need somebody else to justify or qualify anyone's business competence.
I do not need to say anything about his lack of business competence since you have been complaining about his business incompetence...but you've been complaining for how how long???

Yet, you are in a position where you have to take it to the next step of having to make contact with him which you should have done long ago.
I spent less then five minutes on the phone with him and solved somebodies problem. I called him on a cell phone with long distance roaming rates, you can't get better rates on your home phone?

You seem happier to be complaining.
So if that makes you feel better, keep on complaining. I really cannot feel sympathy if you yourself will not do all you can to solve the problem. You shouldn't have to call him, but your stuck with the problem until you do.

Agreed, i never get why people go on about "oh i paid him 100 bucks 2 years ago, and he never sent my order-well he is dead for me" instead of just taking up contact again, because the email landed in the spam-bin two years ago...

I get it, hes starting fresh this year, old customers and old unfinished business is history, literally!

It actually makes it even worse, CAUSE, in the middle of a mail conversation i had with him he suddenly stops responding, and NO one cant tell me he hasnt received my mails, or repeated notifications regarding it after that.

Im getting pist everytime this post comes up on the list again, can someone please close this topic?
