if you are looking for the 3x10mm socket head button collar screws the ones from the 600N work. (i think)

Yes, those ones work. And I've found that they are better quality than the ones for the 700N (strange but true).

but i thought the length suitable is M3x8mm not 10mm? wonder if we use the 10mm will it hit any of the inner parts of the trex700N?

The 600 screws have a deeper socket so they work a little bit better.
