i was planning on the ep100 pro but i didn’t see too much thread of the 100 on the forum so i decided to ask for help.
is there really a big difference between the 100pro and 200?
what about the stability and the flight times?
i have the MT325 and a gasser, but i want something for indoor, so what bird should i go with?

How much room do you have indoors?
Enough like in a warehouse or just in a home?
I ask because I have had a coax since the spring and recently got an EP100Pro as well as Walkera 4#3B.

Coax and 4#3B I think is better for in home flying.

EP100Pro is good for flying at my work warehouse and backyard which is sheltered from the wind by trees but too small for a 450.

With little wind in the backyard, I can fly any of the 3.

actually it's not for indoor like in home but at work i do have a good place that i could fly the MT325. i want a smaller heli to practice, for the difference in price is less than 100$ i wanted to know if there is a big advantage to get the 200 (better 3d capable, more stable??)
thx.

yep, 200 all the way, the 100pro was a sad excuse for a piece of crap, thats why there is a 200 because the 100 would barely lift off the ground. The plastic version flew well, but when you add all the weight, it doesn't work as a 100 heli.

Before anyone badmouths the EP100 I have an EP100 Pro from flying-hobby.
It will flip and go inverted but is not very strong flyer.
It definitly "GETS OFF THE GROUND" and I get about 9 minute flight times hovering it.
It's fine for a small very light wind heli that can fly (mostly hover) indoors.

xheli has the 200 on sale but don't think that's the sev2 though.

it will flip if you flip it over, stop, then flip it again, stationary flips are not in its makeup. They made the 200 for the same reason they are stretching the SJM 180.

and I had an ep100 too, biggest waste of money I ever spent, didn't even fly it again till they made the stretch parts, then it was finally enjoyable to fly.

well hopefully, but don't forget you can't fly it till you get the updated tail shafts because the one with the kit is defective.

it depends what gets sent, if its a red gear with a black shaft, that won't work. The original shafts from the hurricane 200 work and I installed one of those for now as my shaft bent just on a test spool up with no blades.

I've done standing flips before. Didn't have all that much fun doing it but it did it. I had to really crank up the head speed to like 100,90,90,90,100. That was w/ the standard flybar weights.

I'm not pushing the 100 because you can see most people favor the 200 but here is some easy relaxing flying in my backyard from this morning. No wind as the tall trees back there shield me from most wind.

Flight times are about 6 minutes.

I have both. EP100 Pro and EP200 V1

I like the EP100 better for indoors. The 200 needs a little more room to be flown properly.
