Options include the MA ProIII plastic FAI paddles, KSJ FAI paddles, Rotortech FAI paddles, and Funtec FAI paddles. The first choice should be easiest to source in the the UK and for likely the best price.

Or just add some heavy flybar weights with the paddles you now have.

The government cannot give you anything without first taking it from someone else.

Yeah, I was going to suggest the weight idea too, except that many 3D paddles out there have a fairly aggressive shape and chordwise mounting position on the flybar that makes them bite pretty hard with any cyclic input irrespective of how stable they sit in hover or track in FFF in the absence of a command.

Believe you me, if I could take a set of typical sport/3D paddles and make them sit well in hover and fly as needed for precision aerobatics with just a set or two of flybar weights, I'd sure as heck prefer doing that over buying $80/set Funtec paddles. Alas, it doesn't work that way...

Oh yeah,

One other suggestion............Hirobo Freya paddles fully weighted sit well in hover and fly smoothly as well.

I will strongly recommend these paddle. They are just awesome and nothing but awesome. These are meant for 90 size machines.

Here are some that work very well - they are the ones used by Scott Gray. They are very solid in the hover, yet very aerobatic upstairs. The paddles each weigh in at 40 grams and the included flybar weights can add another 20 grams for a total of 60.
