Trex 700

I am the luckiest man on the planet. Some guys get socks, ties ect but my wonderful wife gave me a Trex 700 for Christmas. She is awesome.
Man! What is that vacuum sucking noise? Sounds like someone is really sucking up to the little woman!

Muahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Yep, she did good. Can't wait to help you decide on components, help you build it, and of course I can't wait to fly it!

Muaahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaa - Oh wait a second, I forgot it's your gift!

Saturday morning I flew my helicopter in my pajamas
How it got in my pajamas I'll never know

On one of my gifts from the wife was a card, inside it said that I could get my self a Heli Ive been looking at these things for a few years now but held off because of the cost. Im a complete newbie at this with no flight exp,I did pic up a Real Flight 4.5 about a month ago.Im prety sure I will get a Evo 50 from what ive read they are nice and stable plus its what the owner of my LHS flys so replacement parts and a TON of knowledge will be close by.I will be getting it in the kit form and take my time doing the build.I would also like to say Howdy to everyone on the site as im new here.

My six year old daughter is so happy, she was able to buy me Hover Lights Radio-Controlled Helicopter from CVS with her own money. Now I would recommend everyone stay away from this $19.99 POS. But since my daughter bought it for me I am in the process of balancing everything on the heli. The first time I spun up the blades the thing shook so much I don't know how anyone could of got it off the ground. She is sure that I love it, since she is seeing me work on it so much, (trying to make it some what flyable) It has now become a challenge to me and I am going to make this thing fly with out crashing or breaking for a few flights at least then I am going to hanger queen it.

That should be the newbie mantra. That is definitely the best approach IMO.

T-Rex 500

Bought a T-Rex 500 electric w/ blades after Christmas from GrandRC.com

Best price I could find!

Last year I said goodbye to 2 $$$ XCell Fury 60's and just played with a T-Rex 450. Thought I would add to my collection now.

I got myself a Trex 450 with a full metal head and tail, carbon fiber tail boom, stabilizers and canopy, Hyperion CF blades. You would cry if you knew what I paid... way lower than it's worth.

I told the doctor I broke my leg in two places. He told me to quit going to those places...
