Hi
I would like to setup the 140 deg ccpm on the Vibe. My Radio is a Futabe 7C 2,4 ghz. The radio does not have the 140 deg option in the swashmenu but I read in RC HElimag that one can setup a Radio for 140 deg when you use two programm mixes. Has anyone done it for the 7 C who can give me tips or post a link??

Dont bother, just build it 120, you won't see a lot of difference with good servos.

Page 61 of the Manual. Fourth type from the top. H-3. That works on mine with 140 deg.

Hi Rcjon
You are right just checked it, the ratio iS 1:1 thats what the 140 deg is all about, but why does Futaba put this on the FAQ page ??
http://www.futaba-rc.com/faq/faq-9c-q651.html I find it all a bit confusing.

Hi
if you chek this http://www.rcuniverse.com/magazine/...le_id=1007#CCPM
You can see in the left 140 deg pic that distance A is the same . The same applys t the H3 Swaschtype in the Futaba Manual page 61. So why do they post an extra setup in the FAQs?? Anyway if you say it works I will just go with it and give it a try. Thanks

This it whatit says for the 10 chp Radio Integral H3 (1:1:1) swashplate mixer for CCPM rotor head control (140°), plus H4X for 45° swashplate rotation.
Lol for the 7 chp they saved when printin the manual to ad that H3 was for 140 deg mixing!

That must be unique to the 2.4 because i don't think the regular 7C does 140.

If thats the case, go for it, if the radio supports it I think its worth doing.

A very rare instance where BH is mistaken. The 7C 72mHz and 2.4gHz versions both support it.

Screen shot is from the 72mHz manual.

Hi Guys

Well I started setting up my Vibe today, chose the H-3 Swash in the menu of the 7C,had to reverse only channel 6 and it works perfect!!That was the easiest programming ever! But man there aint alot of space on this bird to put the electronics compared to my Evo 50, but it worked out fine.

regards Pete
