I just finished putting together my 450se. I have a JR 10X Transmitter. What is the best choice for a receiver on this setup. I was told a JR RS6UL would work by a hobby shop, so I bought it. However after reading on the net, I'm pretty sure that it won't do. I am totally new to this hobby and really back into it after putting it off for a while. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Design, Build, Enjoy.

If I do a search on Google for the JR receiver and Trex 450se, I don't get many pages. If I search trex 450se and receiver, I get the bergs, aligns etc. Really just wondering if this JR will work. Does my having a JR transmitter make the setup better with a JR receiver??? Thanks for helping out.

Your reciver has nothing to do with how well it flys. If your reciver can handle 6 channels then use it.

JR's are nice receivers. I use a synthetic PCM one on all my heli's.

The only problem I see with that receiver is that it's PPM not PCM. I highly suggest using PCM for heli's...they tend to get interference more easy than the planes do.

Good luck,
