I wanted mine to look different. So I scuffed and painted it the same day I got it. Also dyied the skids, paddles, tail blades and servo arms. What do you think?

how does it fly?

i am thinking about getting a 250 but not sure how it flies in comparison to a 450, like, will it use less space to fly? is it as stable? Is it as acrobatic? I have a stock 450SA and a 600E but I wonder if the 250 is a capable bird that can truly fly in the front yard. What's your opinion if you don't mind?

the 250 flys great. Most of the guys in our club have them to fly. If you want to do hard core 3d they seem to work well. If your a noob like me they fly nice and stable if you mellow out the sticks.

Here is a video of Leon Luke Laying it down with the 250.

Looks sharp. I like the way the tail blades match the blue through the canopy. Excellent work.

Trex 250

the 250 is a FUN little machine...but you almost need to be an EXPERT to fly it...it's VERY fast and sensitive...

I can 3d this little guy in my back yard no prob...flips and rolls and piro flips SUPER fast...especially with the head Zinging at 5000rpm's

it is definitely not for a beginner though...it's highly unstable in my opinion...but a LOT of fun

I found that just squirting a little paint on the paddles/tail blades and skids works well also..no need to dye them

I put a 6" ruler in the pic so you can see how small these things really are

and then there's one next to the Aurora for size comparisons

Sweet canopy.

Has anyone got a picture of a 250,450,500,600,700 all next to each other, would be nice to see the complete size range of the Trex Series.
