I had a mishap fri and dumped the 250. Replaced spindle and new carbon gear (looks hot by the way) and went to spool up. No lift it was slipping. The bolt that goes through the mainshaft in the head sheared. I got the head side out and the piece in the shaft but how do I get the other side out?? Do I have to buy the whole block? Any ideas??

Unfortunately I think you might have to buy a new head block, unless anyone else has any beter ideas, maybe you could drill it and use a larger size bolt??

Mine snapped when I tried to remove it from the factory putting it on too tight. I had to replace the entire head block. Good point, though. I'm going to look into installing a longer screw that will extend through slightly to have something to grab onto in case one snaps from a crash.
