If the weather is OK, then I intend taking my KDS450S to my folks...along with my family!! LOL. Can't hover the Raptor in their back yard or front garden, but the KDS is small enough

Jax Fun Fly

Hey Dave,

I hear there's a FF in Jax coming up. When is it?

For all you Northern guys, it'd be nice to see you all down here at the Jax FF or the Daytona one coming up.

Given the incredible turnout to this year's Orlando Helicopter Blowout, you'll have several months to come to save up for next year's FF here in Orlando.

Mike's right, it's going to be in the upper 70's to lower 80's this week. Don't let him think he's not going to be able to find some shorts. Next to his wife and kid, the ony thing he values is his shorts and sandels.

See you at the field Mike.

It's always sunny in Orlando!

Yep, we should be at the field Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

i was hoping we could have a BBQ but a few guys are out of town, it would still be good though.

Just need the coals and burgers!

My wife is pretty cool about my hobby but flying on christmas day would be seriously pushing it...

I'll try to bribe my nepheus so they ask her to see their "uncle" fly a heli

It's supposed to be 26 degrees, and snow. BUT I might. I got a new heli I'd like to get into the air. Waiting for spring sucks.

Friday

Mike,

What about tomorrow. Bert's out of town and Ernie's not responding. I'll meet you at the field if you need company.

Since work's nil these days, and with a new case of Cool Power, I could fly all day, or until the dirt meets the blades, whichever comes first.

Send me a PM. - Jason

What my wife says

My wife gets mad at me when I don't fly. She says I spend way too much money on the "stuff" for my hobby to let it sit there.

As long as I am flying and using what I buy, then the money's not wasted, and the wife's happy.

Try this approach with her and see if that works. You're no worse off and if she sees the money being put to good use (especially if you have children and they enjoy it), then I bet you'll be able to fly anytime.

If not, diamonds always help.

It's always sunny in Orlando!
