Hello
I was hoping someone could help. I just replaced my 3 swash servos on my gasser heli running 120 setup. I noticed the my servo horns have a very little bit of play in them. This will cause stripping I am sure. Is there anything I should us to trighten up this play? The exsisting horns are metal and are not stripped. Should I use an little epoxy to fill in this play. Thanks.

epoxy IMO will just vibrate out in the long run.
Either buy some better quality metal horns, or get some heavy duty plastic/nylon ones.
I would only recommend Quick UK servo horns for metal. They arent that expensive, have a wide range of colours and lengths, and are extremely good quality with tight tolerences.
I have these installed on my Nitro 90.
Personally I prefer plastic servo horns on a gasser, as it should reduce vibration passed into the servo, increasing its service life.
Also depends on how often you crash lol

For the love of the hobby

If you opt for the plastic servo arms/wheels (I use the wheel type...nice and strong) then make sure to use a nice large washer to support the servo wheel center...rivet burrs are the ideal type for this.

By this I mean where the screw/bolt attaches the servo arm to the servo spindle...a suitable washer will help support the surrounding area of the arm.
