Here is it. CNC code sent to machine shop.
- pinion T27 2,5 mm more on axis distance
- no moved tank no moved CG
- removed original shroud and fan
- the weight is 5800 RTF grams - still 0,5 kg more than regular T700G conversion. It will be very good solution for beginners and schools.
- not for 3D

Here sides. Search Ebay for the item number. I don't want to make add here. Same with people who helped with this quick job. They here: http://runryder.com/helicopter/f85p1/ Ask there for help, you get it.. If you don't ask, you will run your muscles and file. With your solution you are out of CG and the CG will change with the amount of gasoline in tank during flight. It will not be good heli. You can NOT post the tank so far of CG.

Doesn't Paul M have his own website where he is selling counterfeit Stator Gators and counterfeit "Jewel" generators? What is he doing here again?

Cad file

Looks like you have the cad file already. If so find somebody with a water jetter. It's the cleanest cut you can get, PERIOD. Takes less time and the jetter can even do your bolt holes. Cost is nominal and setup time is nill. To have this done on a CNC mill would be too time consuming, plus the fact that the metal could warp under the cutting stresses and would throw the hole locations off. Jetter is the way to go!

Or

You can get CF sheets like in this link (Plenty of manufacturer out there) and you can cut it your self. The link is just a suggestion, I am sure you can find more of them out there.

Frame like Trex is easy to replicate that is how Paul M spitting these conversions at will.

Good luck with your conversion and don't get discouraged with 'English' comment. We aren't in grammar school and your 'aviation' English is just fine

Looks good but you might want to hit it with a file before putting it together. If i were you i would cut the exta metal off the motor. Let us know how it goes? Good job.

Here is another suggestion - For Trex 700 frame two of 11x11 in should be enough and some company sell them cheap

The G230rc bottom is wide.

If the cylinder forward like this pic.

compared john125812's PIC

His problem causing fueltank couldn't fit.
