I had the 9452's for a very short time (just about 5 flights, i wound up selling the heli and the servos) but I was very happy with them on the 600.

9452 is probably the best below JR8717, so you cant go wrong with them...

I run the BLS451's, over a years use at 6 volts and very quick, strong and precise - i would get 8717's if i were to buy new servo's or maybe BLS351's.

9452s here too, price is right, performance is good. 8717s if money isn't a issue.

I have the 9452 should I use the wheel that comes on the servo or the 3 point cross that also comes with the servo?

I agree with the 9452's or 9451's all day long. These are GREAT servos. I use the predessor 9451's when I can get them for $50 apiece on RR. The 9452 is just this years rename of the 9451. Of course the 8717's would be great if you bucks up.

Second on the Align wheels. I just picked up a heli with them already installed and I was very impressed with the functionality of them. There definitely worth using over anything else.

The 9252's are very reliable for the $'s. You can also find them for a good price on this Website.

DS8717 in mine - simply awesome, anything else is just soooo s l o w - once you try them you will want to put them on all your helis.
I have.

I like the JR8717 but I'm not very impressed with the proclaimed dead band. Either all three of my servo's have inherent slop in the gears, and/or the dead band is just as close to zero as I hoped for. This translates into a fair amount of play (slop) in the head (even on a flybarless system). I'm very intrigued with the Futaba brushless servos.

As far as the Align wheels go on Jr, I have heard and experienced the wheels stripping easily on the Jr 8717's because the splines are so fine.

Futaba 9451's on my 600N and very happy with them. I will soon be trying the JR 8717's on a Vibe 50 and looking forward to seeing how they perform. Lots of satisfied people posting good results with them.

If money is not an issue, I would use the BLS451's great servos for that bird.
