They are not comparing it to the Super pro which flies a lot better and tracks a lot better
Its the same bird but with more bling and weight.

And just to be fair, my 600N Pro had a full metal head, custom fan, quickUk tail rotor, metal bearing blocks with thrust bearings, carbon linkage to the tail, 440mm flybar, quickUk swashplate and driver (corrected geometry and no slop), infinavation dampners, etc, etc.

And still the vibe flies better (for my taste). Both with V paddles.

I've had the Superpro and then the Vibe. I think the Vibe is a better Heli.
And then sold the Superpro

I'm gonna take an alternate approach.

I'm keeping my 600E (8S) and putting a Flybarless head on it. Stock head, but with an SK360. I am also eventually going to retrofit a Vibe tail onto it. All thats's really left is the main bearings and gearing... the motor isn't even part of the heli. After I burn out my 8S packs I'll switch it to 12S so I can use my TRex 500 packs on it. It needs a new motor and it's rippin'. Should be pretty hoss.

No its not

The NSP parts are a lot lighter I had a pro with all metal green parts and it did not fly as good as my super pro dose. all the parts on the super pro are lighter. Get some old gray parts any of them then get the super pro parts. You will see much lighter. They are very noticeably lighter. and it flies a lot better. I had my pro all upgraded then I got a super pro and it reacts totally different and tracks a lot better with the lighter head parts. The super pro flies a lot better than a upgraded pro. This is the point I am trying to get across. and the Super pro parts are lighter by far

what in earth has the weight of the parts to do with the tracking? I doubt the parts are lighter but even if they are, we are talking about what? 20 grams maybe if that much and the lighter the heli, usually the worse it tracks.

Now if you want to convince yourself that $1000 of a box full of bling somehow flies better so it doesn't hurt your wallet so be it but it doesn't. THe geometry of the swash is still screwed up, the head design is the same and the flex in the frames is still there.

My 600N was really nice once I had all the quickUk upgrades and G-force bearing blocks. It didn't even felt like a 600N anymore but still, the vibe 50 right out of the box was somehow inspiring more confidence and better flight feel.

No I decided not to get a Vibe 50 for myself since I have a 700N and a Synergy N9. After a lot of consideration, just didn't make sense to.

Then I considered getting one for Mandy, but she is just not too keen on the idea.

Oh well...

Saturday morning I flew my helicopter in my pajamas
How it got in my pajamas I'll never know

Well get the Vibe! I have been carefully watching the RCHelimag Vibe 50 and the thing is amazing and the quality is top shelf. I am going that direction for sure. You know when guys have new products every month and the one heli that is always in his car is that Vibe 50 that says something.

Apples and oranges but I looking to trade my N9 for a Vibe 90. I must have one.

I have both a 600 Pro and the Vibe 50. The weigh difference is marginal and you can not feel it in flight. My 600 (all metal head) weighs 7lbs 14.6 Oz where the Vibe is 8lbs 4.2 oz. The Vibe pulls 15 deg of pitch so you can't feel the weight and it helps contribute to it's vastly superior tracking ability. The Vibe flys better in every way. Both of my machines are identically equipped. Same paddles, blades, servos, gyros, engines, pipes, ect... The Vibe is faster then the Trex and more stable. It is more predictable as well. I am not going to sell my 600 because I like it as a basher/practice machine. I like the Vibe to fine tune my skills on. The biggest difference I notice moving back and forth between the two is that the Vibe's collective is more sensitive off center. It is more responsive to collective changes which is something you have to re-train your thumbs to if you are used to the 600. I found it a bit harder for tight 3D because of the sensitivity until you get used to it. I Love flying the Vibe but it flys so well I don't want to keep flying it because I don't want to crash it.
I try not to get attached to a machine for the fear of fearing to crash it. It flys so perfect I fear to crash it.
