I just cut one out of 5mm aluminium sheet - It did not take long drilling and filing to shape.

Hi, Baby_Zyklon, I saw the difference for the distance header.
Thank you. I´ll get one spacer.

Sorry for the delay in reply here.. Back now and snapped a few photos. As you can see with this Kasama header + SB18 pipe i am getting plenty of clearance.. it was a bit tight before with the stock header but this system gives approx 3-4mm more tank clearance.

Yes, but the problem is in the neck of the muffler isn´t with the header.
I think that one spacer piece between the header and the engine is all solved.
Too I know people solved the problem with the Curtis spacer cutting it.
Thanks for your repply.

Frogman -

which pipe do you have? I have SB19 and SB18's and they both seem to have the same size neck (i didnt use a caliper, but they dont visually look different).

I cant figure out why it would be that off since i have the same 91HZ engine as you in my 700.. cheers!

The correct pipe for the Trex 700 is #939 or SB20 because the neck of the muffler is longer (30mm). See the pic.

Ahh I see. i had not realized the neck was different on the SB20.. is that the only difference? I have been mulling over trying an SB20 but right now with the SB18 and kasama it makes a ton of power (in fact (especially in the cold) the damn clutch keeps slipping if i push it real hard).. having said that. .nothing wrong with more power (assuming i can get a better liner which will hold the power!)
