It is OK. We are here to share the experience : )

Answer 1:

The place for the horizontal fins is indicated by the small marks ,already, by the producer. All you have to do is put the piano wire (attached in the kit) to keep the together and make a strong but 'springy' connection

Answer 2:

The zero angle in my case is positioned by my eye. I have an experience with planes, so thats how I do it. Fortunately the fins are mounted finally on double side tape, and it is easy to cerrect them.To me it is not difficult, becouse the tail part of fuse in not very width there, and you can find the middle very easy.

Answer 3:

To unmount the front part of the fuse we have to unscrew 2 screws at connection frfont and rear part of fuse. Later 2 screws at front cross members. And finally 4 screws from the landing gear ( it seems to be uncomfortable, but when I have checked it was finally OK). That's all.

I have a friend in Germany who have Nova 4 brand new for sale. If you are interested in.

Found this photo thought you might like.

I'm thinking of trying a fuse. But thinking of going with a cheap copy to try first as I've never done one before. Haven't decided yet. Just doing a lot of research.

Well, in my case it is also the first. And I'm really afraid of that. Also to have a possibility to make a standard canopy for the training flights. It seems to bo possible. Deataching the Nova is not very complicated.
Thanks for the photo. Do you think there is a third pipe input on the fuse to full the tank, or it is fulled by the same pipe that engine?

I think just the 2. I blew it up and that part right at the engine case is a strap to hold the fuel line plus a sliding fuel clip.

I'm guessing he can reach inside from the bottom, close the fuel clip, pump the fuel into that line, when it reaches the fuel clip it's forced through the tee into the main tank. That other black part in the line back by the rear frame looks to be a filter. His pressure line is setup like we already discussed. Kinda smart.

but in that photo it only really works for a YS engine.

Let me explain.

the T piece going from the one way crankcase output will never allow the fuel to move anywhere else.

However, if you use an OS engine what's to stop some fuel going to the muffler unless you have a low resistance one way valve from the muffler output?

Yeah, I don't know about an OS, if the muffler pressure is enough to use a ck valve. You'd have to have something to keep the fuel from going to the muffler. Maybe he could run a longer pressure line and set it up like the fuel line with a fuel clip. Or, could you just tap the back plate on an OS and run crank case pressure?

I would never mess around with an OS engine by tapping for crankcase pressure. I hear the 90 HZ is way to nice to do that.

But even without ck valve it make the fuel level in muffler much much less. Am I right?

I don't know. Put the exit tube as the straight thru and run the pressure tube to the right angle on the tee. Maybe it will flow straight through? Try it on the bench, if it doesn't work then you could put a fuel clamp on it.

Tetra makes some fueling valves you might like.

Today I hope to do the fueling tests. I will leave the feedback

OK. Here is my final solution. Which has been tested today. It seems to work. But with the temperature near -10' of Celcius it was a bit harder to turn the engine with my starter than in normal temperature. That's why DYNATRON is beeter solution. Anyway I've spent not a lot of time at field. But.. the idea of my fueling solution is to close the muffler pipe and enigie pipe and fuel the tank to the limi then stop when the second pie at outside of the body shows the fuel out. After fualing I just inblock thede two K&S valves (yellow- muffler and black- angine). It's all.

Best regards and Best New Year Wishes !

And that's how we operate our helis at winter here in Poland! : )

As you can see Dynatron is much better than stadnard Sullivan Starter. And whats more: I've notified that there a need to change tail boom for carbon, same as tail boom braces. There is a small problem with balance, even after placing tha ccu at the front as far possible.
