Bauman electric mechanics for large scale Heli's........anyone tried them?
Hi Richard,

I'm just about to build a scale EC-145 from Baumann with the Gisler elektro mechanic. Didn't have the chance to fly the heli so far, but the mechanic is very well built and solid. It's quite expensive, but worth every cent.

regards Laszlo

I believe I can fly....

This is a good thread, It's great to see machines where the builder has gone the whole 9 yrds. I'm not knocking the Funky type scale, I even own one, but it's lovely to see the results of such work and detail. Anyway, here's my pride and joy!

Emile, love the pic of your Seaking in the garage on chocks....superb, must get me some of those.............closely followed by a heli with wheels!!!

Hi Peter,
Looks sweet. I also like that Alouette Peter Wales is building, that looks a nice machine. Saw your 206 in the BMFA news yesterday, well done!

Peter: No difference there Buddy

Axemanclint: Thanks for the kind words

ba board: I didn't do the paint, but the painter I used is a miracle worker. Every detail on the fuse is paint even down to the smallest of lettering inside and out. Check out my gallery for some close ups, you won't believe what the painter achieved.

A friend put some footage of my test hovers together. The head was way over sensitive at the time and has since been set up ok, but at least it will give you a flavour;
