I have everything apart to put in an OS 37. I don't remember what I used when I built it. What would be good to use on the shaft, and how often do I need to pull it apart and re-lube? My search only turned up one post about oiling the one-way bearing. Thanks!

Any light oil should work fine. I use Triflow but others have used 3in1 oil or automatic transmission fluid. All seem to work equally well.

I just cleaned mine after useing ATF, it seems to attract a lot dirt than usual. Still works in a pinch though.
