I flew 1/2 a gallon but it was in one of the Raptor 50's this weekend. I'm reassembling the Tiger with new frameset. Finally got around to fixing the old broken boomsupport attach points with the new frame halves.

I got my BBC Pantera out, YS91 installed, but having trouble tuning it.
No problems with the heli itself, but those new canopies will sure help me with seeing my pantera.

A good day????......... is not crashing :)

The rains stops me as well, but not the wind.
I was out yesterday in 40-50 km wind.
Had to call it quits though.........my gallon ran out, LOL.

A good day????......... is not crashing :)

soon, very soon. I find it ironic I had bought my first Pantera intending a .70, now I have two sitting on my bench with a .50 and the e-conversion. go figure. I still have that .70 I rebuild and I'm itching to get it in Pantera #3. No regrets here!

Got 3 "run-in" flights Saturday evening...all around 1700HS.

Sunday I leaned it a bit (4 clicks high...2 mid) and opened the HS to 2000. Now...it's getting some torque!!!

1 flight on RT..then 2 on the TST vBlades.

Like the vBlades for snappy cyclic...but the RT have more "pull" and less bog on the head on collective inputs...with much less cyclic response

I'm taking 4 sets of blades with me tomorrow...
600mm:
138g vBlades (old style)
139g TST v Blades
149g RT

620mm:
144g SWE

I need to pickup another hall-effect transistor for my Eagle Tree...ate it Saturday on the 2nd hop.

Looking to get some real data on rate of climb, acceleration, HS differential vs. large collective inputs.

Thus far climbing tic-tocs and tumbles are cake!!!

lotta ins, lotta outs

Nice to here that the ET systems are working for you.
I spent three years doing beta testing of the ET. The good news is that if you have a spare sensor from any brand of gov. It will work with the ET. PM me if you need more poop.
Toss a set of SWE blades on her and crank up the head speed.
I have my MultiGov set to 1900 and WOW using a 61.
Sure wish JB had more MG without the LCD....ah another thread I should start.
Your data is awsome. Keep on flying.

Bill, you'll be pleased to learn I presently have the MGPro in stock (sans the LCD). Not many left so call me.

JB,
It looks like you have the MG without the LCD in stock. I got one!
Thanks.
BBC update. I have parked the Panteras 1,2 and three for the BBC ship. I love it! Today I was at the field and flew the poop out of her. I have been flying her with the SWE blades and just for grins changed main blades. The NHP and CY blades for the test. All flew well, but I got to tell ya the SWE blades are just the ticket with the BBC. I then had a problem. The muf flew off!
Got her home and did a few mods to the muff. She is ready to fly Sunday.
