duke666 rrKey Veteran Hampshire, UK | Hi Guys,I know from the discussions going on a lot of you are using the new software but I'm having problems verifying the upload. I have set gov high, fixed RPM, batt and motor info etc and when uploaded it says succesful and seems to be ok. But if I then return and read the settings it says that the motor information and head speeds need entering for fixed RPM and these fields are blank. Anybody else got this???Duke

docjoe rrElite Veteran Stockton, CA United States | You have to go to Governor mode and then click on the button "Set RPM". Then you enter the battery and motor info. You shouldn't be in governor low or high.Joe

Glorysgun rrApprentice Enterprise, AL | I got a 85HV and from set RPM I enter the motor data and pinion, update to ESC and it's done. Fooling around with this esc and new software for a full day bouncing back from 6S, 10S, and 12S on two different birds and never had a single glitch after I updated to the ESC. Seemed pretty straight forward to me and works great.Katalepsis

duke666 rrKey Veteran Hampshire, UK | Yes agreed seems to work flawlessly, except, what do you get on your screen if you try to read the set up from the ESC with set RPM set up, is your motor and pinion data still there????Duke

Ben-T-Spindle rrProfessor Central Illinois | It looks like the PC based program computes the gear ratio, rounds it off, and stores that in the ESC. That saves a few memory locations since it only used the gear ratio. The stored headspeed values are not exactly what you input but you can’t tell the difference in flight. It does give a lot better resolution than the old High/Low governor modes.![]() ... BTS

docjoe rrElite Veteran Stockton, CA United States | I haven't had any problems retrieving my data from the ESC after programming it. You may want to uninstall the CC software from your PC and then reinstall a clean version. That may help. I have heard of problems when installing the new software on top of the old software. Just a thought.Joe
