Remember this big mouth Repub tough guy?

Watch at YouTube

Well it seems little teddy nonuts is a draft dodger...LOL

Typical Con, a big mouth coward trying to compensate for having a small unit...

-----------------------------------------------------------------
High Times interview Ted Nugent, October, 1977

High Times:
How did you get out of the draft?

Nugent:
Ted was a young boy, appearing to be a hippie but quite opposite in fact, working hard and playing hard, playing rock and roll like a deviant. People would question my sanity, I played so much. So I got my notice to be in the draft. Do you think I was gonna lay down my guitar and go play army? Give me a break! I was busy doin’ it to it. I had a career Jack. If I was walkin’ around, hippying down, getting’ loaded and pickin’ my ass like your common curs, I’d say “Hey yeah, go in the army. Beats the **** out of scuffin’ around in the gutters.” But I wasn’t a gutter dog. I was a hard workin’, mother****in’ rock and roll musician.

I got my physical notice 30 days prior to. Well, on that day I ceased cleansing my body. No more brushing my teeth, no more washing my hair, no baths, no soap, no water. Thirty days of debris build. I stopped shavin’ and I was 18, had a little scraggly beard, really looked like a hippie. I had long hair, and it started gettin’ kinky, matted up. Then two weeks before, I stopped eating any food with nutritional value. I just had chips, Pepsi, beer-stuff I never touched-buttered ****, little jars of Polish sausages, and I’d drink the syrup, I was this side of death, Then a week before, I stopped going to the bathroom. I did it in my pants. ****, piss the whole shot. My pants got crusted up.

See, I approached the whole thing like, Ted Nugent, cool hard-workin’ dude, is gonna wreak havoc on these imbeciles in the armed forces. I’m gonna play their own game, and I’m gonna destroy ‘em. Now my whole body is crusted in **** and piss. I was ill. And three or four days before, I started stayin’ awake. I was close to death, but I was in control. I was extremely antidrug as I’ve always been, but I snorted some crystal methedrine. Talk about one wounded mother ****er. A guy put up four lines, and it was for all four of us, but I didn’t know and I’m vacuuming that **** right up. I was a walking, talking hunk of human ****. I was six-foot-three of sin. So the guys took me down to the physical, and my nerves, my emotions were distraught. I was not a good person. I was wounded. But as painful and nauseous as it was – ‘cause I was really into bein’ clean and on the ball – I made gutter swine hippies look like football payers. I was deviano.

So I went in, and those guys in uniform couldn’t believe the smell. They were ridiculin’ me and pushin’ me around and I was cryin’, but all the time I was laughin’ to myself. When they stuck the needle in my arm for the blood test I passed out, and when I came to they were kicking me into the wall. Then they made everybody take off their pants, and I did, and this sergeant says, “Oh my God, put those back on! You ****in’ swine you!” Then they had a urine test and I couldn’t piss, But my **** was just like ooze, man, so I **** in the cup and put it on the counter. I had **** on my hand and my arm. The guy almost puked. I was so proud. I knew I had these chumps beat. The last thing I remember was wakin’ up in the ear test booth and they were sweepin’ up. So I went home and cleaned up.

They took a putty knife to me. I got the street rats out of my hair, ate some good steaks, beans, potatoes, cottage cheese, milk. A couple of days and I was ready to kick ass. And in the mail I got this big juicy 4-F. They’d call dead people before they’d call my ass. But you know the funny thing about it? I’d make an incredible army man. I’d be a colonel before you knew what hit you, and I’d have the baddest bunch of mother****in’ killers you’d ever seen in my platoon. But I just wasn’t into it. I was too busy doin’ my own thing, you know?

Lou, instead of just trashing conservatives or people you don't agree with, why don't you tell us all how you would fix today's problems? Last I saw, the conservatives were the only people coming up with ideas on how to fix the problems. Liberals OTOH, just complain about conservatives and throw around insults.

So Lou, tell us un-educated racist, rednecks as you so often like to call people who don't live on the left coast, your ideas. Maybe then people will actually listen to you and carry on a conversation. Until that happens though, you have no credibility whatsoever.

Anyone who comes to the defense of Ted Nonuts is a wacko...

LOL, now Ive heard everything! Conservatives have been taking us to hell for the last 8 years. The biggest terrorist attack in our history and the idiot ignored all warnings leading up to it. The second largest bank failure in our history. The worst recession since the Great depression. Huge mortgage crisis. Dollar value cut in half. Gas prices tripled.

Yeah, you conservatives have ALL the great ideas..LOL

Oh you didn't just go there did you? Be intellectually honest for a second please (if that's possible for you). Do you honestly think there were no warning signs prior to Bush taking office just 9 months before the attack? You really don't believe that do you? Especially considering how the 1st WTC bombing and the US Cole happened during Clinton's term.

Oh, and regarding the mortgage crisis. Yeah, that is all Bush's fault too huh. I mean, why should people be responsible for their own finances.

As far as gas prices are concerned, yeah, that is Bush's fault too huh? Despite practically begging congress to allow more drilling and production of energy, the popular choice among liberals is to just blame Bush. Never mind the fact that we haven't built a refinery in over 30 years. There are more cars on the road than ever. What did you liberals think? That oil would just randomly produce itself and refine itself into gasoline? Oh and btw, if we went to Iraq for the oil, how come the prices have gone up and not down either. That last question was rhetorical, save your breath.

Just so you know Lou, the dems have controlled congress since 2006. Since then gas has nearly doubled, and the mortgage crisis hit. Still Bush's fault? Hmmm...
Yeah, you conservatives have ALL the great ideas..LOL
Read my post Lou, I didn't say cons had all the great ideas. I just said they had ideas which is a far cry from what the libs are offering which is basically just to vote against Bush and not on their own merits.

I'll ask again Lou, what are your ideas and what are you thoughts on how to fix things. I mean, you're always telling us how smart you are and the fact you have a college degree (which I have too btw), don't just tell me you wouldn't do it the way it has been done up til now. That is not offering up any solutions and is just the same old, tired liberal talking points.

Lou doesn't have any ideas or policy recommendations. Basically a never ending snide cynic who is very good at criticising. It is so easy to criticize, but hard to lead or present a thesis. That is why bush is Prez and Lou is unemployed.

Almost but not quite as bad as Apache Snow (where did he go, is he in jail?) who just pastes snide critic cartoons that are not funny. Kinda like Al Franken, lots of nasty comments, and not even funny.

How is the mortgage crisis Bush's fault? The people being foreclosed on today are the people who bought interest-only loans 3 and 4 years ago, thinking they could live in their McMansions, drive leased BMW's, and the money saved on paying interest-only would provide a cash flow so they could afford a lakehouse, ski boat, and/or cash to live like they were kings. They sold a $250,000 home to move up to a $400,000 home at the same payment, only they went from a 30yr fixed note to a 3 or 4yr interest-only. What did they think would happen in 4yrs when that note converted to a fixed loan at a higher interest rate? They signed documents ad-nauseum acknowledging that would happen, and were told to expect the interest rates to be above 10% when their note matured. When the time came to pass, they realize time flew by, they hadn't prepared, and without the ability to refi at a respectable rate because they are so cash-poor and debt-heavy with ski boats, leased cars, and credit card debt in the tens of thousands, forcing their credit score to plummet, the very thing that got them in such a tight spot is not worth as much as they expected it would be 4yrs later, and they can't sell it for what it is truly worth. Their personal bubble burst. Bush didn't make them buy the boat, the cars, the house. They were living fat on a system that granted credit to an extreme. 50yr mortgages and 7yr car notes aren't created by politicians on Capitol Hill and presidents in the White House, you fool. They're created by greedy banks, and purchased by people who must keep up with the Joneses.

Well said, GM.

The next couple of years will be interesting, economically.
When I was a kid, the national pastime was NOT shopping at the mall. People didn't buy a brand new car every 3 years and one of the biggest moments in someones life was a "mortgage burning party" when they paid off their house.

The credit buck has apparently stopped, if only temporarily. I wonder what type of clever "mortgage our future to live well now" scheme the fed has in mind to put us back on the track to rampant consumerism??

I grew up in the 70's and most of the 80's. We lived with out buying tons of new crap every day and believe it or not LIFE WAS GOOD!!!

Never have more than you can very comfortably maintain and never pay interest on something that depreciates.

Fuzz, my checkerboard vans from the 80's are still holding strong.

Ironically, a story appeared in our local paper this morning about the rate of foreclosures climbing, and here's a quote:

"Problems in these middle-class and lower-income areas, experts have said, reflect an abundance of unsophisticated buyers and risky loans.

"In many cases, Maddox said, luxury homeowners have become victims of their own success and the ease at which they could get home loans and home equity lines of credit. Adjustable-rate mortgages caught many professionals off-guard, and a softening economy cost some of them their jobs or reduced their income.

"Those people who were comfortable paying for their homes went off and bought vacation homes," Maddox said. "Like a lot of other people, they got overextended when the economy was good, and now that it's bad, they are finding themselves in trouble."

He said doctors, lawyers, engineers and other professionals are among those being hit with adjustable-rate mortgages, loss of job due to mergers or business closings, or just biting off more home than they could chew. The upper class is not susceptible to gas at $4 a gallon, but they are susceptible to having their mortgage payment double," Maddox said."

I think the lefty vitriol against Ted Nugent is easy to explain. Moonbats get their political views and ideological reinforcement from smelly shirtless dumbasses striking guitar strings. So when they see a shirtless guitar striker spouting things contrary to what their other shirtless guitar strikers preach then it confuses and scares them. How can you disagree with other high school drop outs of equivalent status and still rock? It's a conundrum. So they look for anything to discredit the shirtless minstrel because in their world these minstrels hold so much influence and power. They believe Karl Rove consults with Ted Nugent because, after all, Karl Rove doesn't rock and thus doesn't have that kind of authority. Another interesting fact is that in liberal land, you don't apply the same standards to singing minstrels that spout off things that reinforce your ideology. So a smelly shirtless dumbass dropout striking a guitar and snorting lines of coke off a dead hooker is held as a completely unimpeachable source of political commentary when they spout derogatory comments toward non-libtards.

Do you honestly think there were no warning signs prior to Bush taking office just 9 months before the attack?
What kind of mealymouthed rationalization is that?

Richard Clarke was running around with his "hair on fire" trying to get a meeting with Bush and Rice for 8 months. They refused to meet with him. They discounted what he had to say because he had worked with Clinton in the past. (He and Clinton were aggressively pursuing Bin Laden and told Bush that Bin Laden should be priority number one)

When Bush was handed a PDB on Aug. 8th saying that Bin Laden was planning an attack INSIDE the United States, he brushed it off and told the person delivering the PDB, "okay, you've covered your ass, now get out of here." He threw the document on the desk, ignored it and went on a month long vacation. At the end of that vacation, 3000 Americans died, ON HIS WATCH!

That goes beyond incompetence and failure, that is TREASON of the highest order!
Oh, and regarding the mortgage crisis. Yeah, that is all Bush's fault too huh. I mean, why should people be responsible for their own finances.
You Regurgi-Cons obviously dont understand the mortgage crisis. Repubs always push deregulation. They think that government is always evil and unnecessary. Deregulation basically means that business can take advantage of consumers with no worry about govt getting involved to protect American consumers. Being able to rape consumers with impunity is a Repubs wet dream. They convince regular folk that Repubs have their best interest in mind, then they push for deregulation and fleece consumers for as much as they can get. This happened the last time Repubs got into power. Deregulation led to the last Savings and loan scandal (Neil Bush and Silverado) which we the taxpayers ended up paying for.

This time around deregulation meant that Wall Street could package up bundles of mortgages and sell them as investments. They created new products that were unheard of before and these products were pushed on unsuspecting consumers with the promise that they could always refinance out of them at a later date. It actually was a strategy that worked, until one day the market crashed and these products disappeared overnight, LITERALLY...all of these consumers were left with no exit strategy. (seems to be a common theme under the Bush regime, eh?)

THAT is why we have over a million homes in foreclosure, and it has hit people in every walk of life. Sure some people were irresponsible, but the vast majority got caught up in a bad situation. A situation caused by Repub economic policy. Which was caused by low-information voters voting in Repub candidates.

Congratulations!

So you Repub bozos might want to look into a topic before you go around repeating things that John McCain is regurgitating on the campaign trail...
