Has anyone tried the new RJX 4mm paddles yet?

I've got a set but, with Steven gone for a few more weeks I haven't put them on yet, just wonder what he can expect?

Are they the black ones that look a bit like the MA black paddles but with a very sharp leading edge and taper to the tip?

Yes,

I talked with Rusty yesterday and he said he weighed them at 24g each, I just calibrated my new Triton scale and got the same thing 24.1g each

Should be a very stable paddle and the design looks to be very agreesive, I'll have to put them on and let Charley Stephens or Steve L who are better pilots than me have at it until the "kid" gets back home

I can certainly build with the best of them but I leave the flying to jr haha

Yeah, the boss lady decided with Steven and Mom gone this month that it would be a good time to paint the bathroom and bedroom hallway , and today we have a storm front sitting over us and it's going to rain ALL DAY Maybe I can tell her that painting in the rain is not a good thing, and out to the shop to tinker until the office phone rings haha

Does it matter that where you are painting is in doors and air conditioned? How's that for a crack of the infamous WIP ? Don't let Clyde fool you guys, He has been doing what he is told for quite a while. That's how he gets to buy whatever "Steven needs" . Just check out his gallery. TimT

Jet,

original stock paddles weigh 21g, new style paddles top the scales at 24g not bad considering the cut and style of the paddle, I think they are going to work out very well, we are always looking to combine stability with agressive quick cyclic and this might just be the ticket.

paddles

I have been fling these and they do very well in stability and quickness, with the X50/X90 head design if the paddle is not as fast as you would like but close, you can quicken the response by ajusting the head this is one of the cool features about the Xtreme line.
