what Radio and TR servo are you using it with??

here are the things that come off the top of my head

is the gyro/servo moving the right direction
has any trim or sub trim accidentally been added or endpoints drastically changed.

when you first power it up does the red light stay solid or blink?

if it were me i would start by clearing out the model and starting over from scratch.

move the nose of your heli to the left, watch tour tail servo, it should move clockwise, if not then reverse the gyro.

move the stick on your transmitter right, the tail servo should move clockwise, if not, then reverse in the transmitter

Did you try reversing the gyro? On the face of the 401, there is a small switch. I have to set mine to reverse...

Yep, gyro needs reversed. If that doesn't do it, then I'm stumped.
